No - Pool access is included for residents at no additional cost! The pool is open seven days a week from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Yes, and there’s an on-site pet spa so bath day doesn’t have to happen in your bathroom and an on-site dog park.

There’s a one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent. Give us a call and we’ll walk you through the current amounts and what’s due at move-in.

Yes you can find our team at 16 Autumn Park Blvd, Medford, NJ 08055. Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Walk in or book a tour ahead — either works.

Once You're Home

There is no amenity fee. Residents pay a monthly utility fee, which covers water, sewer, and trash services.
Utility costs vary depending on individual usage. Residents are responsible for gas and electric service through PSE&G.
We accept online payments through our resident portal. You can also pay by check or money order in the office.
Yes, we have on-site maintenance.
